Not the curated version we often see online, but the real version. The one that includes heartbreak, grief, disappointment, uncertainty, difficult relationships and seasons where you genuinely don't know what to do next.
I became a therapist because I've experienced those moments myself. Like many people, I've faced adversity I never expected, periods of loss, significant life changes and times when I had to find a way forward without having all the answers.
Those experiences taught me that life is not about avoiding hardship, but learning how to move through it.
My work is about providing a space where people can be completely themselves, make sense of what they're experiencing and find a path forward that feels right for them.
Because sometimes what people need most isn't advice, it's someone who understands that life can be messy, complicated and difficult, and who can help them navigate a way forward.

A song, a street, a phone notification or a particular conversation can suddenly make your body react as though the past is happening all over again.
My therapeutic techniques are designed to change the way your mind experiences a distressing memory.
We can't erase what happened but we can create enough psychological distance that your nervous system no longer responds as though the experience is still happening in the present.
In simple terms, it's the difference between remembering something... and reliving it.
Many people find they can still recall the memory, but without the same emotional intensity, physical reaction or feeling of being pulled back into it.
I integrate Strategic Psychotherapy, Clinical Hypnosis and other evidence backed approaches to help people move beyond painful experiences, emotional wounds and trauma.
Every session is tailored to the individual because healing isn't using one technique, but finding the right approach for the person sitting in front of me.
